Founded in 1983, the Modular Building Institute is a non-profit trade association serving the commercial factory-built buildings industry throughout North America and Internationally. At the Annual Convention and Trade Show, the Modular Building Institute presents numerous awards to the modular building industry. Nortex Modular is a proud recipient of the Awards of Distinction.
